Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Columbus)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an accounts payable clerk. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
