Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Columbus)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
