Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Cleveland)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a logistics coordinator. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?
