Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Cincinnati)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
