Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Chicago)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been weighing on me all week. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
