Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, call-centre agent here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
