Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Birmingham)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
