Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Birmingham)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a logistics coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
