Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
