Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
