Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. It has been a long 17 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
