Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an insurance claims processor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
