Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
