Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a recruiter. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
