Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a forklift operator. They use a short typing and listening test.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
