Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
