Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a medical assistant. I worked as a medical assistant before this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
