Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 12 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
