Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as a sales associate before this. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
