Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
