Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
