Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
