Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 18 weeks. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
