Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
