Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
