Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
