Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 9 years as a line cook

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a line cook. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
