Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 8 years as a nurse's aide

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a nurse's aide. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?
