Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 7 years as a call-centre agent

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
