Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 6 years as a customer-service rep

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a customer-service rep. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
