Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 5 years as a janitorial supervisor

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a janitorial supervisor. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
