Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 5 years as a copywriter

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a copywriter. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
