Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 4 years as an office manager

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an office manager. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
