Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 17 years as a project coordinator

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
