Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 17 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
