Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 17 years as a call-centre agent

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
