Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 16 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
