Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 14 years as an insurance claims processor

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an insurance claims processor. It has been a long 11 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?
