Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 14 years as an administrative assistant

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
