Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 14 years as a medical assistant

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
