Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 13 years as a software tester

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a software tester. It has been a long 16 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
