Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 13 years as a security officer

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. It has been a long 6 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
