Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 13 years as a marketing coordinator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a marketing coordinator. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
