Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 12 years as an IT help-desk technician

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an IT help-desk technician. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
