Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 11 years as an administrative assistant

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. Any experience at all would help. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
