Work-from-home support roles hiring this month after 11 years as a sales associate

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a sales associate. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
