Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an insurance claims processor. It has been a long 2 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
