Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 9 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
