Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 8 weeks in

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as a project coordinator before this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
