Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 6 weeks in

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an office manager. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
